IPM Scheduler · last updated June 2026
IPM Scheduler is a workforce-scheduling tool for clinician groups. It is used by providers and administrators of the practices that adopt it. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account & profile: your name, work email, mobile phone number, role, and the site(s) you work at.
- Scheduling data: your shifts, shift swaps, coverage and time-off requests, worked-time/overtime entries, and scheduling preferences.
- Communications: texts and calls you exchange with the scheduling assistant to make schedule changes.
- Device tokens: a push-notification token, if you enable notifications.
IPM Scheduler does not collect or store patient health information.
How we use it
- To build and publish schedules, fill coverage, and process requests.
- To notify you (push, email, SMS, or call) about your schedule and coverage asks.
- To compute hours and pay for your group's administrators.
How it's shared
Your scheduling information is visible to the administrators and medical directors of your group, and—where relevant to coverage—to colleagues at your site. We use service providers (cloud hosting, SMS/voice, email, and push delivery) solely to operate the service. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Security & retention
Access requires authentication; data is held only as long as needed to run your group's scheduling. You can request correction or deletion of your account data through your administrator.
